Originally started in 1938 Knoche’s Meats is a true Madison staple. They brought the community high quality meat at affordable prices for over 80 years before selling the storefront and partnering with Athens Brands in 2022. Steve and Steph Knoche are still involved today helping to guide the proverbial butcher’s knife through the muscle.
