    We’re loading up the butcher case for Labor Day weekend with fresh Wisconsin Wagyu, all your favorite classic Knoche’s cuts, burgers, brats and more.

    Our friends from Walk-Era Farms will be joining us! Meet the people behind our Wisconsin Wagyu, hear about the farm and what makes their Wagyu special, talk cuts and cooking, and ask questions.

    We’ll have tons of fresh Wisconsin Wagyu plus a fully stocked cooler of classic cuts and favorites ready for the grill.
